CNHP, Electromolecular Medicine Ct.
My work began with a deep curiosity about the connection among the skin, nervous system, lifestyle, nourishment, and the ways stress can shape our relationship with the body.
Like many people, I spent years believing skin was something that needed to be constantly controlled, corrected, or “fixed.” Over time, I became more interested in understanding the body as a whole, observing patterns, slowing down, simplifying routines, and creating practices that felt more supportive and sustainable in the long term.
What I noticed again and again was that many people struggling with their skin also felt overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, exhausted by conflicting advice, and stuck in cycles of constantly trying to force healing.
My approach is rooted in the belief that the skin is not separate from the rest of us.
Rather than focusing on aggressive routines or quick fixes, my work explores the deeper relationship between skin, stress, nourishment, nervous system regulation, lifestyle patterns, and emotional well-being through a slower, more supportive approach.
Through personalized guidance, I aim to help clients feel calmer, informed, and connected to their body while creating supportive practices that feel realistic and sustainable over time.
This work is not about perfection. It’s about learning how to better understand and support your body with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.
My approach focuses on:
Nervous system support + regulation
Connecting self back to nature
Whole-body skin support
Nourishment and lifestyle guidance
Simplifying overwhelming routines
Pattern observation + body awareness
Sustainable long-term practices
A gentler relationship with skin and self
I created BARE Skin for those who are tired of constantly fighting themselves and are looking for a more grounded, supportive way to approach their skin and overall well-being.
